Hotfix: Restore docker-compose.yml to correct MongoDB image and comments
Problem
The merge of PR #408 (predisk-scanning-1756) inadvertently changed the MongoDB image from
bitnami/mongodb:6.0.13tomongo:6.0.4and removed two useful comment blocks fromdocker-compose.yml.Changes
